What is the aytm Certification Program?
As an extension of our Lighthouse Academy, the Certification Program compiles self-paced, interactive courses into linear learning tracks, taking you from theory to practice on various topics, culminating in a rigorous assessment of the knowledge you’ve gained. Upon passing the assessment, users receive their very own proof of certification. This achievement can be shared with your network on LinkedIn and appear on your profile as recognition of your accomplishment.
Built into the program is your very own virtual learning companion, Jet—Jet will act as your steward throughout the series, checking in with you through each lesson to make sure you understand where you are, where you're going, and what you are looking to accomplish along the way.
Our goal with the Certification Program is to work with some of the greatest minds leading the industry to develop comprehensive, self-paced learning to ensure that you and your team are always set up for success. Our Learning Enablement team also brings a wealth of knowledge in adult learning theory (also known as andragogy) to ensure that information is presented in an engaging, comprehensive yet succinct way to maximize knowledge retention.
