We asked Ariel to provide us with a few more insights about herself, these were her responses.

If you were to describe yourself in 3 words, what would they be?

Ambitious, Meticulous, Outgoing

What are you passionate about?

Yoga! I started yoga as a method of exercise for muscle pain. Although, I have grown to appreciate yoga for so much more than just a form of exercise. It has become an everyday practice that has led to self-discovery, fine-tuning my ability to detach from stress through meditation, but more than anything it teaches a unification of my mind, body and soul.

Favorite pastime?

Reading; I’m a sucker for a great book! Despite being surrounded by new technology, like e-readers, I still long for the touch and feel of a paperback. The disconnect from technology in this way is a relief in itself. My current read, “Leaving Time”, is my latest obsession and just happens to be about another passion of mine; elephants!

What is a special skill or interesting fact about you?

I’m an exceptionally good skier. I picked up the sport when I was 3 years old and I’ve kept up with it during the winter months. It is a freeing experience, almost like flying in my opinion. The silence of the mountain while your skis cut through snow and the wind kisses your cheeks at a pace that is both thrilling and a bit scary; it is truly liberating.

What do you like about working for AYTM?

Outside of working with some amazing clients, I love our work environment. Many would think that working for a company that is completely virtual would present issues with seclusion or disconnect from other co-workers, but not AYTM; it’s like working with family! With any family, there are ups and downs, but together we’ve built each other up and have grown to become this awesome company. I can’t imagine working anywhere else!!
