aytm partners with trusted third-party service providers to support the delivery, operation, security, and enhancement of our platform and services. These providers support functions such as cloud infrastructure, customer communications, analytics, payments, artificial intelligence, and other operational capabilities that enable aytm to deliver its services.

All providers are subject to appropriate security, privacy, legal, and compliance review processes before implementation and are periodically evaluated as part of aytm's governance programs, including ISO 20252, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and ISO 42001.

aytm utilizes third-party artificial intelligence and machine learning providers to support platform capabilities and internal business operations.

aytm does not use customer data to train third-party AI foundation models unless explicitly disclosed and authorized. AI providers are reviewed under aytm's AI governance processes and ISO 42001-certified AI management system.
