Thank you for trusting AYTM, sharing your feedback with us, and spreading the word! Ever since we launched in 2009, we’ve been constantly inventing new ways to improve the market research experience for researchers and survey takers alike. I’d like to tell you about a significant update that we’ll be launching early next year.

AYTM MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
Many of you are using the AYTM platform in a team environment, and you asked us to add features to make team collaboration easier and more efficient. We also realized that some of this new functionality may be excessive for light research users. By customizing your experience with our upcoming membership levels, we stay true to our core belief of making advanced market research easy for all.

Here are a few highlights of the upcoming release:

  • Professional survey authoring tools.
    As a free AYTM ECO member, you will now be able to enjoy extended character limits, piping, conditional logic, and more, simply by adding these features for a small fee per survey.
  • New ways to save time and money.
    If you use our advanced survey tools regularly, you will be able to save a lot by subscribing to the AYTM PRO plan and enjoy many bells and whistles such as professional survey authoring features, crosstabs, statistical significance tests (sigtesting), Personality Radar for quick customer personas. Other advanced statistical analysis tools are included at no extra charge.
  • Working in teams.
    For those of you who work in a team environment (such as creative agencies, brands, universities, and investment firms), the upcoming AYTM PRIME and CORP membership options will give you the ability to precisely manage research flow, surveys, privileges, and budgets within your team.
  • The same great Panel Surveys you know and trust.
    The upcoming release will not affect price or availability of our Panel Surveys when you need responses from our survey takers. You’ll still have the same set of features and quality you’ve grown to trust, regardless of the AYTM membership you choose.
  • Unlimited List Surveys as before.
    If you do a lot of List Surveys with us (sending surveys to your own list of survey takers), you can keep launching an unlimited number of List Surveys and have as many survey completes as you like. The only important change here is that the maximum number of responses per survey will vary from plan to plan. Of course, you can always purchase extra responses for a small fee, regardless of your plan.

To support these changes and the further evolution of AYTM, we’ve made updates to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy which will become effective in early January 2017.

Some highlights include:

•  We have updated the description of the information that we collect from you
•  We explain your rights with respect to your data
•  We explain that all of our servers are located in Canada
•  We explain the visibility of data among team members in multi-user subscription plans
•  We clarify your responsibility in helping protect the privacy of people who answer your surveys
•  We now offer JAMS mediation, at no cost to you, for privacy-related complaints
•  Be sure to review these policies in full once they are posted on the website.
